Margate Cottage is conveniently located twenty minutes south of Hobart and a short scenic drive to Kettering and the Bruny Island ferry.

The cottage is an ideal base for touring Bruny Island with its historical sights and breathtaking scenery. Take pleasure from discovering the magnificent d'Entrecasteaux Channel passing sheltered beaches, moored yachts and spectacular water views.

Tahune Airwalk

Huonville is a comfortable twenty minute drive, then follow the Huon River through peaceful villages to the majestic Tahune Forest Airwalk.

Hastings Caves

Travel on to the quaint fishing village of Dover and then journey to Hastings Caves where a guide will take you on tour, or you can simply relax in the crystal clear thermal springs.
