We are fully licensed, and by arrangement we can provide an intimate candle lit dinner of fine Tasmanian cuisine and wine.

Cap off your indulgence beside the flickering log fire with a complimentary port and local fudge.

Then Rejuvenate

This is a special place.

A private balcony,
where our guests are often tempted to sit in the afternoon sun with a glass or two of wine and a fine cheese platter.

Later...

Curl up on a comfortable lounge besides the cosy Sherbourne log fire.

Or maybe...

Take a stroll out the back gate
to the banks of North West Bay River
for fishing, bush walking, or bird watching,
or just to appreciate the pure Tasmanian air.
